Managing the storefront and its performance
The footwear label is offering an annual salary of £32,000 to £38,000. The successful candidate will report to the co-founder and creative director, working alongside the head of brand, senior creative content producer and external ecommerce partners.
The role combines product administration with decisions about how merchandise appears across the site. On Shopify, the merchandiser will manage product images, descriptions, sizing, prices, tags, collections and SEO fields. They will also arrange the homepage, determine collection order, prepare landing pages and launch setups, and ensure launches, price adjustments and promotions go live accurately and on schedule.
Daily site checks will cover faulty links, absent images, unavailable sizes and incorrect prices. Product records must remain consistent across Shopify, the master product file and any marketplaces. When problems arise, the merchandiser will coordinate fixes with agencies, developers and app providers.
Weekly reports will track product and page results through sell-through, conversion, best sellers and search terms. Stock and sales figures will guide which popular styles and well-stocked sizes receive greater prominence, as well as efforts to sell slower-moving inventory. The remit also includes testing and optimizing search, filters and on-site recommendations, running email campaigns and flows through Klavyio, and identifying best-selling styles for repeat production orders.
Experience and skills sought
Naked Wolfe is looking for two to three years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or trading, preferably in fashion or footwear. Applicants should be comfortable using Shopify or a comparable platform, handling bulk uploads and working with spreadsheets.
The listing emphasizes attention to detail, visual merchandising skills and an interest in both fashion merchandising and online shopping behavior. Candidates must also be able to communicate clearly and confidently with external partners to get issues resolved.
A founder-led label expanding its team
Naked Wolfe positions itself around bold footwear and describes the business as founder-led and creatively driven. In the job advertisement, it says it is expanding its team during a period of strong growth, with further collections and markets planned and new records anticipated.
The company's About page traces its origins to Hong Kong in 2017, when Australian siblings Bronte, Cooper, Cody and Luke Mance founded the label. According to that account, they developed the first collection over 18 months before launching. The company also says its founders are Forbes 30 Under 30 alumni and that shopping platform Lyst named Naked Wolfe the No. 1 Luxury Fashion Product of the Year.
A June 2025 profile by retailer Tone Footwear reported that the label had added women's handbags and jewelry to its footwear business. The profile also noted appearances by its shoes at the Super Bowl: on R&B artist H.E.R. during Usher's 2024 halftime show, and on social media personality Alix Earle in a 2025 Poppi soda commercial.
Retail presence and design dispute
Naked Wolfe's retail network includes Selfridges, Harrods, Browns, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and Printemps, according to TheIndustry.fashion and the brand's website.
TheIndustry.fashion reported that Naked Wolfe opened its first directly operated store at 163 New Bond Street in central London in late 2022. A 7,000-square-foot flagship followed at 55 New Bond Street in July 2023.
In its July 2023 report, the publication also covered the resolution of Naked Wolfe's dispute with Public Desire and Ego Shoes over copied shoe designs. Both companies submitted to court orders to stop the infringing activity, destroy remaining stock and pay damages to Naked Wolfe.
Sales, production and worldwide shipping
Tone Footwear's June 2025 profile put Naked Wolfe's global shoe sales at more than $80 million in the period immediately before COVID-19. It also reported that weekly sales had exceeded 5,000 pairs at one point. Naked Wolfe describes its four-to-six-month production cycle as "slow fashion."
The company says it serves customers worldwide through three dedicated fulfillment hubs, located in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. It presents that arrangement as a way to shorten delivery times and reduce shipping costs.
